Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) was established in September 2011. The PPG help conduct the annual practice patient survey, decide on areas to concentrate on, review results and develop action plans. The PPG have been instrumental in the introduction of the Patient Information Screens at each site and continue to be involved in the content. We meet every quarter, please find below the minutes from our latest meeting:
