📞 Dispensary Telephone Line Changes

Reminder: From 1st June, the dispensary phone line at Brough Surgery will be open ⏰ 10:00am to 2:00pm.

We ask patients to order their medication using one of these options:
• The NHS App
• SystmOnline
• Through Accurx Triage on an Admin request
• Email: trmg.prescriptions@nhs.net

From the 29th June, the phone line will be for vulnerable patients or those who need extra support only.

If you are a carer, you can:
Email requests on behalf of a patient, or
Set up proxy access to order online (with patient consent)
