Peeler patients update

We would like to welcome all of the Peeler patients to the surgery, we are pleased to announce that all of the patients have transferred successfully to our system this week.

We would like to give our new patients an update on our phone system. Please call 01482 668668, if you would like to book an appointment, please press 2.

Please note that we can have up to 9 care navigators answering the calls so we will answer your call as quickly as possible.

For prescription ordering for Peeler patients please choose option 3 followed by option 4.

If possible we advise that patients use the online system to book appointments and order medication. If you already have online access, it should still work but we have had reports from some patients that the NHS app isn't working, if this is the case or you would like to be set up for online access please email the surgery on - theridingsmedicalgroup@nhs.net

Please try and avoid contacting the surgery by telephone for online access queries so the team can focus on other clinical queries.
