Care Navigator / Receptionist
We are looking for three to four part-time Care Navigators/Receptionists to join our busy and friendly team to provide a high quality service to patients, doctors and other members of the Primary Healthcare Team. Working 15 to 20 hours per week across our sites at Hessle, Brough and South Cave but cover may be required at Holme on Spalding Moor.
